Awoken confused due to daylight savings time you consume ultra strength cannabis, when the blur subsides you find yourself being interviewed by civil servants from Prevent, such is modern Britain

Prim primmer

Who got the keys to my bymer
merriam-webster.com
Here’s a primer on ‘primer.’

It’s pronounced ‘PRIMM-er’ if you mean “a small book” or “a short informative piece of writing.”

It’s pronounced ‘PRY-mer’ if you mean “an initial coat of paint.”

The councils statement about it being within the POCA guidelines is insane, as if any step of this wasn’t an active choice they made
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
There’s a certain amount that the owners clearly buried their heads in the sand, but I think they also just assumed that the council were going to be reasonable

Lewisham is currently perusing a local restaurant using the Proceeds of Crime act over a planning dispute (started by them having to erect a wooden structure to hold a vent which the council themselves demanded they put in and then retroactively refused planning for)

Joe Flacco the forever Raven is going to face us Ravens as a Brown, Bengal and Steeler this season just to help his old team.

TRADE: The Bengals are acquiring Joe Flacco and a sixth-round pick from the Browns for a fifth-round pick, sources say.

The British government is Very Sensible and so can be trusted with the power to decide which protests have happened Enough Now and don't need to be heard from anymore thank you very much. It will be fine. When Reform get in they will be even more Sensible about all this.

Home Office could outright ban protests that risk ‘intimidation’ or ‘serious disruption’
The Home Secretary is considering giving police new powers to ban protests

Sean McVay is about to do things so evil to our defense that they are warned about in the bible

Dismal stuff, immediately followed by Lucy Powell quacking away about an even stronger online safety act.

When is “getting the balance right” ever in favour of letting people do more?

Home Secretary tells Sky News that “there is a gap in the law” when it comes to frequent, repeated protests on the same issue. Hence she will be giving police greater powers to move them to another location or time.

Ravens consistently, outside of poor execution make boneheaded use of clock management, really odd decisions on both sides of the ball. The problem is, you have a window of opportunity with a truly elite qb to do something cool, and if you blow everything up now do you lose that
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
When you look at the Ravens, do you really see an elite coaching set up? John Harbaugh is very good, no doubt about that, but I think we’ve had his ceiling (and frankly, had Ravens not drafted Lamar we’d have long since moved on)
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
I agree with this. You can see it in Keir’s regular obvious irritation that the decisions he’s been asked about form politics - rather than an inevitable result of correct process being followed

I think we might be cooked Ravens fans
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
As a Ravens fan, I’m afraid that you must keep him
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
Having said that, as a former Joe Flacco fan I’ve seen enough of that

If I were Joe Flacco I would simply throw completions and not interceptions

Pete Davidson doing stand-up in Riyadh makes sense to me, because I also dream of bringing happiness to the people that killed my dad

In England this is so pernicious. People desperate for reform to be anything other than a split of the Tories, wishing that their voters were angry young men. Young men, outside of young women, the most left wing demographic in the country and it’s not close.
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
Butlerian Jihad no question. Fundamentally anti-human.
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
But partly because of wishful thinking, partly just laziness you see stories like “Young men’s Reform problem” where talking heads breathlessly diagnose why young men all love Farage and Tate against all evidence which shows they’re, behind only young women, the most left wing demographic by miles
jacobhashishaton.bsky.social
You see this every now and again when Nigel posts some boomer slop and they all get made - they’ve huffed their own bullshit - whereas the real Farage knows full well his voter is 65+
