I can see a total inadequate like Maurice Glasman getting off on this but did Shabana Mahmood really get into politics to inflict such cruelty? It won’t stop a single racist being a racist. It will stop a lot of Labour voters being Labour voters.

Turns out the head of comms for Reform called me a c**t.

It's not often I agree with them but fair play they were bang on money with this one.

Notes to men on planes: 1. Put the seat down or it’s all too obvious you’ve missed the target. 2. Don’t sleep while playing a film on your tablet. 3. If tall, don’t stand right next to me with your arse in my face.

Dear Mahmood/Labour,

Once the strutting fascist, Yaxley Lennon, is taking credit for your policies, you must know you’ve completely lost your way. You need to get your head out of your arse and your account off X.

My partner did an “AI edit” on a photo of me. It removed my glasses, a core part of my identity. Unforgivable.

Very good on the deeply cynical and dangerous right wing manoeuvres to compromise and ultimately destroy the BBC.

It's an obscene act of irresponsibility. Inward-looking, solipsistic, self-interested, playschool fucking bullshit.
Was any of last nights briefing from Number 10 done with the public in mind? Hard to think of a more perfect example of why so many people are now thinking, whatever the risks we may as well roll the dice on Reform/the Greens/someone else because it’s perma chaos as it is.

And yet, she wasn’t entitled to an ambulance when I dialled 999.

Dems just won everything remotely winnable. But I expect the British derp on “we must understand Donald Trump’s popularity and/or imitate Trump” to continue. He’s popular when opposing. He’s deeply unpopular when required to run anything. There’s your lesson.
This is insane. Is there *any* race that was expected to be at all close that the GOP won?
What we know, final edition of the night:
[Now in 3 parts]

—Prop 50 wins
—VA Dems flip Gov, LG, AG
—Dems gain leg seats in VA, NJ, & MS
—Dems defend NJ-Gov
—Dems win NJ+VA trifectas
—Mamdani wins
—PA Dems win state supreme court
—ME anti-mail voting measure loses
—GA Dems flip 2 statewide offices

Rich buy political parties, media, means of production, cause corruption, climate crisis, make mockery of democracy. Poor die early.

Must redistribute or risk social disorder.
