Working during this holiday period seems more tiring. I'm working the same hours as usual and doing basically the same work, but with so many people off from the New Year holiday, it seems more.

If I don't buy anything new, and complete one kit a month (my average). I'll clear my pending room in about 4 years.
However, I also don't feel anxiety looking at my pending pile. We all prepare for retirement in our own ways.

For Sapporo, you have to buy a special bag for residential garbage (burnable and non-burnable. plastic and paper can be regular bags). That's how they collect our garbage fee.
Tokyoites are up in arms over Governor Koike Yuriko's plan to institute garbage collection fees in the area's 23 wards. She claims it's necessary to curtail waste and points to a successful program in Tokyo's Tama as proof that it'll work across the metropolis.
