McKinney, TX about 30 miles north of Dallas. Rain didn’t keep away the hundreds of peaceful protesters. Everyone was upbeat - great signs, inflatables, even a bagpiper! But the best part were all the honks and cheers from the motorists driving along this busy road in a Texas exurb.

I’m going to have a pretty gnarly bruise but we need to remember why this is happening: Trump and ICE are rounding up our neighbors, treating them as subhuman, and shipping them off to labor camps in foreign countries. It has to end.
