National media should really be covering the fact thay every major school, museum, and arts institution in the Twin Cities, and hundreds of local businesses are closed tomorrow to protest federal occupation.
Nothing like this at this scale has happened anywhere in America anytime in living memory.

I know some of you listen to me, so I'm giving this advice: Social media is good for sharing of SOME events/info, finding news from smaller outlets/citizen journos & having fun. It's not where activism is in any major way. Many churches are, orgs like the DSA/community outreach, neighborhood groups.

Remember, the biases present in their training data are baked into them. Not to mention the fact that exploitation and capitalism are the only ways large-scale AI companies stay afloat
for the love of god, AI systems aren't "just tools that are neither good nor evil in and of themselves". AI systems *are* tools of capitalism. they exist as tools of capitalism. there is no AI system "in and of itself" outside of capitalism
