Note the UCP's meme 👇.

In this particular case, the government has broken commitments to preserve public healthcare.

More worrisome, they're keeping more promises than they made in their 2023 platform.

Wasn't close at all in my collision estimate.

I will say it once more. Every city councillor and the mayor should take Calgary Transit from their residence (in their ward) to work (City Hall) & return home once per week. We'd have improved transit for everyone in Calgary if key decision-makers were mandated use it regularly. 6/6 🚍🚉

Quite a week for this guy.

If you think the Watergate burglars were dumb, you haven't met Rob Anderson, Vitor Marciano, and Brian Jean, and the rest of the inept political bunglers running Alberta's oil and gas strategy.

Do not discount the influence of stupidity.

Ideology, not expertise, rules in ABGov.

It's weird to not only have lived through an information revolution but also now living through its undoing, all within less than a generation.
Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

The overall proportion of Cdns with a lot of trust in elections has remained stable. But supporters of the Conservative Party are less likely to express high trust in elections, and this proportion has fallen notably since 2019, from 40 to 25 percent.

Thiel has laid out plans for what he intends to do with the island nation in past writings. It doesn't entail the consent of the Greenlanders for anything.

Huge moment in this interview with @frankdomenic.bsky.social.

NDP leadership candidate @avilewis.ca puts proportional representation on the national stage and makes it the non negotiable democratic reform we need.

When leadership contenders acknowledge the core issue, the national debate shifts.
