what a weird time to *break with your party* and *vote with the president* on *the losing side* when you're *leaving office*.

Only really makes sense if he's hoping to run as a Republican at some point down the line, which also seems dumb given the national mood

The real answer is I went to a screening of the Big Bird documentary, and Carroll Spinney showed up unannounced to take questions after, and brought Oscar with him to answer more

Movie 43 (2013)
Have asked this before and always like the responses. What are your biggest β€œI saw that in the first run cinema” flexes? Couple of mine:

Transformers: The Movie (1986)
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)
Office Space (1999)

what if, due to AI, in a couple of years the only people who have jobs are podcasters? that brings us to the obvious question: how are the rest of you going to get the money to pay for my podcasts? that's something you all need to be thinking about because i will not change my lifestyle.
I understand why people are exhausted by AI hype, and why those of us squarely in the corner of "human dignity uber alles" see AI doomerism as self-serving hype, but I *really* think people on the left broadly need to start thinking seriously about the possibiltiy of the hype being...true.

I I know New York politics we're a month out from Hochul announcing she's relocating the Statue of Liberty to Utica
It's honestly a little unsettling to see a New York mayor and New York governor not at each other's throats.
I'm endorsing Gov. @KathyHochul because she's someone willing to engage in honest dialogue that delivers results.

Along with the movement that powered our campaign, it's how we secured a historic agreement on childcare. And we're just getting started.
