Ah, she. I shouldn't have assumed. That's on me. But yes. I had an encounter with someone like that during the 2016 primaries, who basically told me I was WRONG for telling her I literally know people whose lives were saved because of the ACA. Fuck lived experience, right?

Liz Warren wasn't my first choice in 2020, but she did enter the race before Bernie did, and based on the fact that he already got his ass kicked in 2016, by the Berners' own logic, he should have stayed out of the race. Instead, they dragged Warren the second she spoke out about his misogyny.

I don’t exactly how to phrase this, but like… is autism that bad???? Like, why is it such a source of fear??? Of course there are challenges but you can be autistic and have a rich, fulfilling life! Many people do! I don’t understand the preoccupation.

I don't know a better illustration of the bankruptcy of certain niches of the Very Online Socialist Left™️ than celebrating the deaths of 100,000,000s from disease & starvation bc the USG has used USAID as a mechanism for subversion. Like, do they think the U.S. won't just use a different agency?

A post calling USAID a moral atrocity based on a socialist think tank discussion of three or four examples of the USG using USAID to launder efforts to subvert regimes it doesn't like — which, by the way, include the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan and the kleptocratic authoritarianism of the Maduro regime.
