I like John Cena just fine, always have. But I think I liked him more when he seemed like a real person and not a Humble Man With Many Helpful Platitudes social media brand. Nowadays he comes off like the human equivalent of a Live Laugh Love sign.

Villains work hard too. Hard work is not a character judgment. Values also change over time. We were all different people 10, 20 years ago. What Geoff Keighley was doing in 1994 doesn't invalidate his silence, ignorance, and compliance in 2025. What he's doing *today* matters, and it's not enough.
