A lot of the criticism Dems in Congress get is unfair b/c they have little/no power to do anything, but Tim is failing to meet the moment. As governor he DOES have power & he needs to force the issue. One example: arrest ICE agents & force them to claim immunity as an affirmative defense in court.
To those blaming Walz for not mobilizing the Guard, he did that six days ago. I have to say it's disturbing to see people angry at Walz instead of the government agents that just executed a man. As though we should all be experts about what to do when a secret police force invades an American city.

My bf says a situation is “suboptimal,” when it’s not going well. It’s always appropriate if not a bit of an understatement. As it goes in relationships, I now refer to things as suboptimal like all the time.
