Can see why Pep was moaning about City's "little" net spend. Imagine only being able to bring on the likes of Rodri and Haaland as subs.... pfffttt

Been saying this for a while. Wouldn't be surprised if we try to go for Camavinga as part of it

If we're not top 4 by then if this run we dont deserve CL ...and yes Slot will have to go
Liverpool have an opportunity to firm up their claim to a top 5 PL spot over the next few weeks, before the return of CL football. Hopefully they can capitalize.

Would that be a step up for Harry? May be nearer home for him but surely his looking for a big pay day this summer and cant imagine Ev giving him that. Maybe the dream scenario for him is Wrexham getting promoted?
Fulham have rejected an approach from Everton for Harry Wilson. No plans to sell this winter. (Ben Jacobs)

This will be one of the last elections the US gets another result like that and he will stop them
Former Texas Lege reporter here. A Dem hasn't held this seat since 1990. Tarrant is the safest of red suburban counties. There is no way the TX and national GOP aren't in panic mode right now.
JUST IN: Democrats flip a red seat in the Texas Senate.

Taylor Rehmet wins against Leigh Wambsganss, a conservative activist who helped lead right-wing efforts to take over TX school boards.

With all early vote, and 95% of precincts, in, Dem up 57/43.

Trump won this seat by 17% in Tarrant County.

The Caicedo deal still gives me trauma, confirmed everywhere we had agreed the deal and we got gazumped afterwards via the dark arts…

I’ll wait til the lean at the AXA with Jaquet until I get excited over a new centre back, albeit for next season.

You live and learn. #lfc

Find it interesting that pre game questions about transfers Slot said we'd only be active if an opportunity arose and post game it turned into we are actively looking

We may as well have an orange away strip next season at this rate
We going Dutch again
🚨💣 EXCLUSIVE: Liverpool, in talks to sign Lutsharel Geertruida as new defender. Initial contacts took place with Sunderland as Arne Slot knows him well since Feyenoord times. #LFC in club to club negotiations. 🇳🇱

Also why Spanish Pulis is going to win the league this year.

We need a clock that only runs whilst the ball is in play and that is visible for all in the stadium.
All the post match analysis is how Newcastle were the better team for the first 30 minutes when in fact they just dominated on set pieces for 12 minutes.

You can see with the ball in play for so little time how important these are.
First 30/35 minutes today was more like an NFL game than a footy match. The whole period was just waiting for Newcastle to restart play with a goal kick, long throw or corner.
Just 12 mins ball in play time in the first 30, 22 in the 1st half and 49 mins overall!!
The PL is reaching a tipping point

This. Although Mo is off the pace for him team are still putting 2 or 3 players on him like last night. Opens up the door for others.
In all honesty, Mo hasn’t been great but his presence changes both the dynamics of our attack & those of the opposition defence.

Our big chances per game have jumped significantly since his return.

Man had the bravery to come back early, put in a performance like that and then go in front of the cameras. What a character.
Big Ibou. Gotta love him. My man of the match today. 🙏 #LFC

Tonight was Liverpool's sixth win of the season against a team currently in Opta's top 11 in the world. It's City at Anfield next.

Up the Reds.
