Someone on Twitter posted a photo of themselves doing a happy dance as they receive a hot plate of fajitas. Then "Raw Egg Nationalist" on Twitter retweets them, writing: It's incredible that these people exist, but they really do. These are the people who justify the demographic replacement of Western countries in terms of the variety of street food and how many different kinds of fried-meat-and-vegetables in flatbread they can buy.

I was very proud of this essay at the time I wrote it, thought it was one of the most comprehensive and best things I've ever written, and then spent over a year having people scream at me and threaten me over it enough that I have tried to forget it existed. - Even when trying to be busy, its okay to couch rot a bit. Stare into the void some, its fine.

All in all, furlough/funemployment/unemployment can be a real shock to the system (about a week in was when The Madness set in for me), but it doesn't mean you can't use that time to sort some shit out.

- Set a daily schedule. Walk your dogs at the same time, check your emails at the same time, plan your meals, etc. Keep in some routine.
- Volunteer! Now more than ever the causes and things you care about need help, so if you're able, use some unplanned free time to do some good.

- Sit down and make a list of every project/activity/reorganization/task you either want to do, need to do & have been putting off.
- Every day, pick one of those things to make some progress on
