Before Germany surrendered unconditionally to its adversaries, doing another Nuremberg didn't have quite the same connotation. Is USA supposedly going to hold its own Nuremberg trials on its own leaders? The structural lack of accountability has been the issue hasn't it

My subway take is that vocal fry is fine and people shouldn't complain about it. The people who complain about it just do so out of a mix of misogyny or anti-California animus or both. Vocal fry can be part of an accent – it's not just an affectation for anyone who uses it
