I have Culture Crave muted here as part of a blanket news aggregator mute list, and this is exactly why.

Sites like Culture Crave are not real news outlets. They’re clickbait farms that don’t care about spreading misinformation or being blatantly wrong. They should not be taken seriously, and yet.
Sara herself debunked the whole thing, but I want to make clear that I’m disappointed Culture Crave posted this in the first place without caring about research despite being a news outlet!

I also want to post this so people are aware the OP is misleading & bad, do NOT harass btw.

a type of content that makes me want to launch myself into space and is huge part of why everything is so bad: TikToker goes down a “rabbit hole,” makes 9-minute video. The “rabbit hole” was she found an Eater article. The Eater journalist did all the work: www.tiktok.com/t/ZTruBS8cp/
allow me to take you on a journey where, once again, we learn we have no idea what’s in our food. at least we know corporations are pure of heart so I’m sure it’s fine🫶🏼🤡

All media mergers end up hurting writers, actors, directors, and everyone else who works in the industry. Executives, assistants, caterers, teamsters, everyone. Fewer companies means fewer jobs, period.

Friends, do I know anyone (or friend of yours) who could offer me detailed info on knitting when blind? I'm particularly looking for those who were born blind & knit, but certainly appreciate any perspective! (I imagine rule #1 is Be Very Organized.) Looking to interview, thanks!

Started THE WIRE season 2 last night and got hit with the juxtaposition of introducing an instantly punchable character wearing a good boy on a sweater. (First-time watch, so I have no idea if he gets better or stays this obnoxious.)

dissatisfied by the New York Times coverage of Zohran Mamdani?

great news! I talked to the guy Thursday about his campaign’s success at bringing community together beyond this election, and contextualized how it’s potentially shifted youth engagement with politics by simply listening @teenvogue.com

“What Mamdani has done is not only inspire and mobilize young people, but he has exposed the establishment and some of their calcified views of participation and inclusion.”
