1. Get yourself a council house c.1980 with 1980 rent, secure long-term tenancy, and a substantial garden
2. Plant a mature vegetable garden in 1975
3. Get a job that pays a living wage
4. Never EVER eat anything as a treat

And then those companies will complain about low income over the busy period cause it was meant to make up the difference from the rest of the year, get rid of their biggest overhead (their staff), which then makes it all worse for next year.
