Je suis toute émue parce que j'ai trouvé ce livre dans une pile de livres à donner au centre communautaire où je fais du tangsoodo le mercredi soir.
C'est la traduction en gaélique d'un livre que j'adorais enfant, surtout pour les dessins qui me faisaient rêver.

It’s very funny to me that countries are trying to pass laws banning teens from social media until they’re older and can “handle it” as if the last decade hasn’t been about watching rich middle aged men nuke their brains on Twitter and then run the USA via shitpost.
Dude. Yes. Alito and Thomas are of course the standout examples, but all of the Republican justices have tells in their writing and their questioning indicating that they are, to varying degrees, marinating their brains in dumb bitch juice
My theory, fwiw, is that Supreme Court Justices are not immune to Twitter brain poisoning. I suspect all six have horrific information environments and have therefore lost the ability to understand the people who don't agree with them.

Every facet of generative AI has made my professional life worse, without question, but THIS specific aspect has been driving me NUTS.
Clients, who have made me toil for weeks over indescribably small details, are now approving & producing in-house commercial artwork that looks like a fever dream.

I feel the clients now using GenAI to do stuff and going "good enough" when they used to nitpick at every last detail is due to them finding out all those nit picky changes take time and work they cant be bothered to put in.

L'IA aujourd'hui, c'est comme l'amiante hier. On en met partout, avec gourmandise. On consacrera demain des sommes folles et des efforts infinis pour dépolluer l'espace informationnel.
J'accepte d'évaluer un article, dont le sujet m'intéresse, dans une bonne revue. Je le feuillète, et très vite je tombe sur au moins deux citations qui n'existent pas, dont une à mon propre travail. Misère de "l'intelligence artificielle", une fois de plus.
