Have a look at the frequency of traffic lights and compare it to the rate of traffic and see if removing certain traffic lights will help reduce the size of traffic jams

Today marks the 5th anniversary of the end of the consultation on pavement parking, carried out under the last government.
We've seen no action when it comes to standing up for people walking and wheeling, who are unable to go about their daily lives safely and easily.

This is a weird way of saying 'we do not understand transport planning'. But then this government (per @stephenkb.bsky.social) seems stuck in election mode and doing a terrible job of the governing bit.
