People would appreciate not just comic artists but comic writers more if they took into account these things. Rhythm is an under recognised aspect of comic book storytelling and many of the best comic book creatives have a great sense of rhythm. There's a musicality to comics that I've come to-

the reality was that a lot of X-writers really like New X-Men so it continued to be drawn upon. I'm not a big fan of the extinctions either but they are simply a tool used by editorial to wipe the slate clean and make it easier to press the nostalgia button. Each to their own, you can continue to-

No. Some systemic issues of the franchise predate Morrison particularly the ones related to extinctions. They are the push and pull of "We need something new" and "hit the nostalgia button". Morrison was simply the former phase and editorial attempted to bury the run after they left however the-
