Just remembering when Musk banned a ton of people (mostly journalists) for pointing out that he banned the ElonJet account, and he (and many of his vocal supporters) argued that merely mentioning the existence of ElonJet was doxxing and designed to harm Musk.

Seems like a bit of a double standard.

I feel like this character from Sleepers.
That makes sense.

What DOESN'T make sense is that you would make posts like this -- trying to explain and defend Nazi tattoos -- without mentioning that he's very ashamed of them.

I don’t really know how to say this more clearly.

If your party is ok with murdering unidentified civilians, known links to child sex trafficking, and taking hundreds of millions of dollars from the treasury, they are down for ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING anyone in history has ever done plus some other shit
Also, very weird of her to say, "You're not a journalist, but this is off record" — which is an ethical principle that applies only to journalists (as far as I know).

Isn't it like saying, "I know you're not a physician, but everything I tell you is protected by doctor-patient confidentiality"?

I'm sad to report that my wife has vetoed my Halloween costume idea.
This photo accompanying a news story about the heist at the Louvre is perfection.
I read that in his voice.

You gotta watch this.
Ronald Reagan said it. #NoKings tomorrow 10/18
Ok, I stumped it with Bobby from the animated TV show "Dungeons & Dragons."
What sorcery is this? He got this in like 20 questions.
Okay, time for a *different* Simpsons reference!
OK but I want them to fly in slow motion like it's a John Woo movie.

the president using the office to punish americans that didnt vote for him should really be one of the biggest scandals in americas history
Trump is upfront in saying he will use the shutdown to punish Democrats, and here are the receipts. About $27.2 billion cut from Dem districts compared to about $0.7 billion in GOP districts.
We all complain about the media, but need this type of in-depth journalism.

Trump Halts Billions in Grants for Democratic Districts During Shutdown (Gift Article)
The Trump administration has frozen or canceled nearly $28 billion primarily located in Democratic-led districts, according to an analysis by The New York Times.

FYI, I found it on Facebook by googling "gear up lock in the mission doesn't wait" (the text at the bottom of the screenshot).
I ran out of space, but Statement 2 is self-evident, and Statement 4 follows from Statements 2 and 3.

And my kid says that learning two-column proofs never come in handy in life!
1. Naked cyclists are the most threatening thing in Portland. (Johnson says so)
2. The military is not needed to handle naked cylists.
3. Everything else in Portland is less threatening than naked cyclists. (by definition)
4. Thus, the military is not needed to handle ANY threats in Portland.
Q.E.D.
U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson calls Sunday's naked bike ride in protest of the Portland ICE facility and and Trump troop deployment "the most threatening thing I’ve seen yet"

$5,000 to $10,000 for non-lethal assaults? I wonder how much Sandwich Guy got paid.
There are consequences for soldiers who lie about watching it or who mock it, but what if they accurately summarize it while making the jerk-off hand motion?

Remember we're already in a world of Kavanaugh stops based solely on ethnicity. If you are from a targeted group, this can happen to you no matter what your citizenship status is. What if you forget your wallet at home? You could end up in detention for days or worse.
Do you want to live in a "papers, please" country?
