I find for the layman you can equate being a landlord to being a ticket tout.
There’s a problem, for example, in the UK at the moment, of people buying up driving test slots then selling them to other people at marked up prices. Everyone would agree that’s scummy behaviour.

Are people just now realizing that the 6 conservatives on SCOTUS were installed to make America a one party country. It’s been the plan for decades but the democrats are so obsessed with comity and bipartisanship, they chose to ignore all the signs and continue to vote yes on conservative justices.
