Job growth over the past two years was far weaker than previously believed. U.S. employers added just 181,000 jobs last year, the Bureau of Labor Statistics said on Wednesday. That was 69% fewer jobs than its initial estimate. The agency also lowered its estimate of job growth in 2024 by nearly 28%.
Job Growth Was Overstated, New Data Shows
Annual revisions show that employers added far fewer jobs in 2024 and 2025 than previously estimated.

It was obvious from the outset that the Fulton County elections search was bullshit. But now we know just how bullshit: contrived, contradictory "evidence" aimed at the theoretical crime of intentionally mucking up a system in which no fraud occurred.
It is, as assumed, all about sowing doubt. READ:
Opinion | The Fulton County search affidavit makes claims about the 2020 election. None of them add up.

“Last May, as a groundswell built demanding public scrutiny of the Justice Department's records on Epstein, the agency ran into a problem: it had already destroyed its master copy of surveillance video from Epstein's final hours in the Metropolitan Correctional Center.”
Newly released documents show the FBI's scramble to explain last year why it released a screen recording with a missing minute from the night Jeffrey Epstein died, instead of the original footage.
Mystery of the missing minute from Epstein jail solved
Documents that were part of the Epstein files release help explain why a video released from the night of Epstein's death was missing one minute close to midnight.

People can have different political opinions about immigration policy. Political differences are fine, healthy for a democracy.

But if you’re okay with this, that’s not a political opinion. That is a moral failing.

This attorney is describing a concentration camp. The Holocaust didn't begin with exterminations, but systematic removal of legal rights, concentration in slums and then camps, and deportations and denatiralizations
And what awaits these clients in Texas? Unspeakably cruel and inhumane treatment.

1. Rotten food. I had a client explain she had to make a half-pint of milk and an apple last every day because the other meals consisted of spoiled or rotten food. One client wasn’t fed for >36 hours.

So, what you're saying is, Ukraine has nothing to lose. I get that they still need the intelligence, but this speaks volumes about why the peace talks keep dragging on.

European countries stepped in to fill the gap, increasing military aid to Ukraine by 67% and non-military support by 59% in 2025, according to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy.

Virginia invented disenfranchisement of people with felony convictions (with its creator explicitly stating its goal was to "eliminate the darkey as a political factor") and Spanberger is so far proving to be very good at this!
Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger endorsed a constitutional amendment to automatically restore voting rights to people with felony convictions when they leave prison. State lawmakers passed the amendment and it will now appear on the state ballot.

This is a big deal. Approval polls, like the media, courts, and Congress, can serve as vehicles for presidential accountability. We are watching in real time as the institutions that could hold this administration to account wither on the vine.
Gallup announces, after 88 years, it will no longer track public approval of presidents. Trump's second-term approval rating fell to 36% in December, among the lowest ever recorded by the company. The president repeatedly has threatened to sue media and polling firms that portray him negatively.
