BREAKING: A federal court permanently blocks two provisions of Trump’s anti-voting executive order seeking to impose new citizenship verification requirements to register to vote.

The judge said the Constitution assigns “no role at all to the President” to change federal election administration.

UPDATE — Georgia Fort has been released from custody.

Don Lemon is scheduled to make a federal court appearance in Los Angeles. As of 1:45 p.m. pacific, the hearing hadn't begun.

Interesting scoop from Anna Giaritelli, who has good sources inside DHS. It suggests Noem and Lewandowski (seemingly still serving as a Special Government Employee despite having timed out months ago) are trying to push out the CBP Commissioner (former Border Patrol) because he's not harsh *enough.*

Nasra Ahmed, a 23-year-old US citizen, was arrested and detained by ICE. She was held for TWO DAYS.

ICE agents handcuffed her, called her a racial slur, and she was knocked to the ground so hard she got a concussion.

This cannot continue happening. ICE needs to leave.

Eyewitness accounts and video evidence show ICE agents in Minneapolis needlessly shooting at an SUV killing a woman driver and then preventing her from receiving potential life-saving aid in what can only be described as murder.
