Shoutout to the Long Island baristas striking for higher pay, fair hours, and an end to union busting.

We’re 13 days into a national, open-ended ULP strike, and workers are holding the line with strength and solidarity. Workers are ready to do what it takes to win a fair contract.

I'll believe corporations are people after we execute one.
Now, remind me again that non-Americans should mind their own business.

The wealthy are resources hordeing, dictatorial a$$h0l3s.
Electric bills are up 11% this year, and shutoffs are spiking across the country.

At the same time, corporations are building hundreds of energy-hungry data centers, and working families are being forced to absorb the cost. Higher bills for us, higher profits for them. seiu.co/3M71usW
More Americans are getting their power shut off, as unpaid bills pile up
Average electricity costs have risen 11 percent since January, more than three times the rate of inflation.

The disturbing reports on the Trump administration’s changes to what constitutes “hate incidents” are dangerous — and similar to what they are doing at our National Parks. It is shameful, and every American should denounce it.

Through the Denver Democratic Socialists of America, I donated to the local Starbucks Workers Strike.

Having unions in a community benefits all workers. The Fight for $15 had an undeniable impact on workers' wages in this country. No boss will respect our rights unless we fight for them.

Won’t somebody please think of the hurt feelings of the armed agents of state violence preying on vulnerable members of our communities and all others who don’t want to live in an authoritarian hellscape? They also have feelings, and those feelings must be honored.
From the outside it might look like ICE officers wear masks to avoid accountability, but in reality they are a way to avoid accountability.
