Extra noteworthy is that 22 of them are from women's ice hockey alone, lol.

2 days after doing a 24km mountains hike and yeah, my legs were not acclimatised to that. Laying on the floor and rolling a lacrosse ball across my legs and my feet while resting my weight on them is doing a lot of work today.
