BONKERS!

The Luxon Govt’s rewrite of the RMA laws allows companies to claim financial compensation (from taxpayers) when councils introduce rules to limit pollution or protect the environment.

Let that sink in.

So tempting to focus on the garishness and comic villain personas but ACT is a long term targeted project on behalf of a sect of NZ’s wealthy families, corporate beneficiaries and Mont Pelerin ‘pilled’ ideologues. Their relationship with National is emergent but very much part of the strategy.
I really think a lot of centre-left Labour-supporting people, if they truly want to change the government *and* get genuine progressive/left policies over the line, need to brush up on the history of the ACT Party

I'm quite serious

Now he tells NZ we don't deserve our Xmas holidays & we're not American enough. The man with NO portfolio is a tosser #nzpol

How much is a life worth? What about that of a baby? A friend?

For too long, the current Government - led by Luxon, Seymour and Peters - have prioritised money and corporate donors/lobbyists over the lives of everyday Kiwis.

Please share and help spread awareness. Thanks, Tui.

My understanding is 80% of the Historians at the Ministry for Culture and Heritage depart this month with their cartons of books. Does that just leave a Chief Historian? With it ends an unbroken record of state-produced history going back to the War History Branch seen here in 1946. #HistoryEnzHere

This is really just Opposition MPs doing their job, reading the accounts and asking the right questions. And the Minister of Finance insulting them because she doesn't want to answer the questions.
