Today the 3rd Circuit Court ordered the @post-gazette.com to restore our contract it illegally tore up 5 years ago. That’s our health care, PTO, right to a 40-hr. work week, short-term disability and so much more we’ve struck for 3+ years.

Luckily for the rest of you she also doesn't pay attention to her phone unless she's at home. I love her, she is funny as hell.
My mom and her old lady friends talk on the phone so loud. I can't tell if the call she just got off was on speaker or not. It makes no appreciable difference.

SNAP is administered by states. states agencies determine eligibility and when an individual is approved the state agencies load benefits onto the EBT cards. states can choose to keep the program running with state resources, which is being done in Virginia by executive order
1) it's about 8 billion dollars
2) all of those payments are going to miss at once
3) it is roughly evenly distributed everywhere
simply figuring out who needs it is more or less impossible on a week's notice. if you had 8 billion dollars you couldn't distribute it with this little lead time.
