No group set up specifically to oppose and persecute a protected characteristic under the Equality Act of 2010 should be remotely granted the right to exist as a charity. Same applies to the LGBA... For Women Scotland is a private company.

I genuinely don't know what to say about this stuff anymore. It's deliberate disinformation. There can be no other explanation.
This is a disgracefully dishonest headline from the BBC. Its motivation can only be deliberately to mislead the public about who lost the case.

Sex Matters must be thrilled with the BBC's dishonest coverage - hence them going with it on their socials. The BBC is being pushed by a hate group to the public as a source of misinformation. Disgraceful.

BREAKING: WIN 🏳️‍⚧️ 💥

The High Court just refused Sex Matters' permission to ban trans women from the Hampstead ponds. We're relieved that the ponds can remain a place where trans people have always belonged.

Thank you to the all the people that pushed back against division.

I can confirm that Sex Matters has been refused permission to bring its anti-democratic, exclusionary, and bigoted challenge to the inclusive space at Hampstead Ponds. More to follow.

Striking numbers which demonstrate, in spades, how tiny is the popular support for the culture of hate that Britain's institutions seem determined to impose on a kind and accepting majority.

(Expect the BBC to ignore it or qualify it to oblivion.)

Holding up the corpse of your murdered daughter without once speaking a word about transphobic radicalization, the transphobic policies many of those selfsame Labor MPs support, or the transphobic rhetoric in the press, all to focus on Those Damn Phones.

How nauseatingly British.

We're calling on the Government to give parliamentary time to stamp out SLAPPs and make sure our courts can no longer be abused by those seeking to avoid the sort of scrutiny that sustains democracy

AGAIN the @theguardian.com is 💯 misrepresenting the FACTS of the ‘For (some) Women Scotland’ case, where the Judge explicitly said the ruling WASN’T about single sex spaces, and was just about a very narrow area of law! 😖

Calling transphobia a 'gateway drug' to the far right undersells it. It's pure accelerant. Grimly fascinating to guess what crankery becomes any famous transphobe's secondary obsession, cos they all have one: 15 minute cities are fascism! Grok noncing is cool! ICE are good! We should kill all dogs!

It’s actually untrue. The EHRC is legally entitled to advise the minister against the approval of its own draft.
Under law, the EHRC can't unilaterally change guidance it has submitted to govt – this can happen only if ministers request amendments. But the new EHRC chair, Mary-Ann Stephenson is viewed as more open to listening to concerns about its implementation than her predecessor, Kishwer Falkner.

Richard Dunstan: Update
In December we reported that a complaint had been made to the police in respect of Mr Richard Dunstan, a “good friend” of the Sex Matters hate group.

Article about GIC waiting lists and travelling abroad for surgeries.

Of course, leadership within the NHS declined to comment on trans issues or the deaths that have occurred whilst trans folk have waited (and waited). That would require a conscience and they are, in fact, ghouls.

While the ‘debate’ about whether trans people should be allowed to have the same rights as everyone else rages on, this👇is the fallout!
Every member of the WEC should read this, and then ask themselves how have we got to this point as a society.

1/🧵 … while the UK Supreme Court falsely claimed in its judgment that it had “painstakingly” reviewed all the exceptions and that the regime they sought to impose was “workable”.

I’m sure the judges did not take any “pain”.

The BBC refers to trans women as "biological males." They claim this is because the public is confused. This contradicts their previous information.

"The extent to which members of the audience would have been misled by the use of the term... was, therefore, limited."

The BBC claims to have “research” that supports its decision to use abusive transphobic terms for trans women.

But it will not share that “research”.

At the most basic level research is not research if it is not published.

It is just a lie. The BBC is lying.

Transphobes (including “gender-critical feminists”) are fascists.

Not ‘fascist enabling’
Not ‘fascist adjacent’
Not ‘collaborating with fascists’

They are fascism’s core, fascism front and centre.
There's an anti-trans protest in manchester and it has:

* Local Fascists who are usually at the anti-asylum hotel protests
* "radical feminists"
* A guy with an huge cross
* A guy who keeps getting in trouble locally for shouting "Christ is king Fk Islam!"
* LGB Alliance and Women's Rights Network.

Wiltshire transphobes will be rocking up still ordering a large pepperoni stuffed crust because the roof shape is the same. Despite a change of signage, decor and a new paint job.

“Hundreds of years from now archaeologists will dig up its remains and know it’s a Pizza Hut from its roof angles.”
