Important things to consider for *any* non citizen now. I would also recommend using extra caution with domestic air travel and have a plan in place in case you are detained.
My immigration firm sent a newsletter today in response to inquiries from clients over the last two months. They "strongly recommend against international travel", warned against even walking past political rallies, noted government reps may ask to see emails, texts + social media, and these points:

So it turns out that money Trump is sending to the military as bonuses was going to be spent on the military anyway. Only now, less efficiently, leaving some needy military families up the creek.

No surprise there.
Trump will use military housing money for $1,776 Pentagon bonuses
The Trump administration will repurpose $2.6 billion in military housing assistance to pay $1,776 “warrior dividend” bonuses to service members, according to a senior administration official.

In the 90 minutes since I posted this, I've gotten two more death notifications.

ICE has a responsibility to take care of these people, something they are clearly disregarding. This is beyond horrifying. We must ensure dignity and humanity for detained people in this country.
Within 15 minutes today, I got two back-to-back notifications of deaths at ICE facilities.

28 people have died in ICE custody since Trump took office. These facilities are overcrowded & are putting their own profits over health and safety. We need oversight & accountability NOW.

Nearly every African country on this list, plus Cuba and Venezuela, has either 1) recently accepted ICE deportation flights and/or 2) recently agreed to “host” third-country nationals.

Playing ball with Trump’s cruelty machine hasn’t helped them diplomatically AT ALL.
NEW: President Trump is expanding the previous 19-country travel ban to a whopping 39 countries (plus the Palestinian Authority), and appears to expand a block on legal immigration to now include spouses, children, and parents of U.S. citizens, who were previously exempted.

This is slightly off: what it is actually an example of is how US immigration laws have created up a literal fake court system with salaried employees of the Executive usurping the authority of the judiciary. It's Congress's fault for ever endorsing this, but it's illegal nonetheless.
