–invoke 14A §3 vs. organizers, facilitators & willing enablers of the current lawlessness
–charter a _congressional_ truth & reconciliation commission to cut SCOTUS out of the accountability loop
–offer requalification as incentive to aid the commission’s fact-finding.

I think we just fundamentally lack a political program with strategic goals. There's no path that gets us to 2029 with a hostile, insane executive without an unacceptable number of deaths and there's nothing to connect incredible activism with broader objectives at the moment.

have said it before but I’ll say it again: believing in evil in our secular age is a radical proposition. that’s partially why it feels unbelievable to see what you’re seeing. ICE and its enablers are evil, and if you are on the side of the good you have a responsibility to stop them
