If ANY other president had heard about something like that, they would've been on AF-1 *yesterday* (assuming they weren't too scared to get on that piece of witchcraft) to assess the damage themselves and talk to local leaders about what the federal government might do to help.

If Spain denies him asylum, he gets to go back to the US and that's pretty much it. He could, later, try somewhere like the UK. But that's one reason why - if you CAN - you stay away from the asylum stuff.
Job-wise? I'm sure most European universities would be happy to have him.

Funny thing about having a sovereign wealth fund worth $2 trillion USD - You don't need to GAF about what some dictator wannabe asshole wants when deciding who gets the Prize. Obviously, that's not why ol' Alfie wanted the Peace prize to be awarded by Norway but it worked out pretty nicely...

I would imagine they got work visas through some Spanish university. College professors shouldn't have much of an issue finding work overseas, I wouldn't think.

But either way, cops train to take down criminals (alive if possible) and NG units train to go to war... They're weekend warriors, possibly out of shape, sure, but some of 'em might've been to Fallujah...

I've thought that too, but how? I mean, we've seen how some of those National Guard troops might not exactly pass special forces selection or anything, but just one NG company is somewhere around 100-150 soldiers and they're all carrying assault rifles. Things might get messy...

Oslo, the Superbird (after "research", 'Roadrunner' is not part of the name) was made in '70 so the Daytona was earlier.

I think Dodge Daytona works. The Roadrunner Superbird was a Plymouth variant and it's sort of surprising that they had such a limited edition from two of their brands.
(A real Superbird also has the cartoon RR on the side of the spoiler as well as a custom horn meant to make the "meep meep" sound)

I used to think until pretty recently that only the Superbird came with that ridic.. I mean totally awesome spoiler.
