Once again, the EU cannot limit its trade & investment relations and cooperation to liberal democracies.
The EU should not pretend either that India is a like-minded partner when it comes to democracy, human rights, pluralism, and the rule of law.

The "Daddy diplomacy" is not an act, not tactics. He truly supports Trump. Rutte has always been, and still is, profoundly anti-EU.
