The first phase of the Gaza ceasefire deal was signed by Israel and Hamas in Egypt earlier today.

The ceasefire will begin within 24 hours of Israeli cabinet approval, which meets in 15 minutes.

Sign of the times? Orpington Conservative Club has a new sign outside. It is navy blue with gold writing and says 'private members club' with a list of facilities include Sky Sports. Nowhere does it say Conservative, and the only indication is if you know the tree is that of the Conservative Party.
