I wish more people realized that when you have a chronic condition that is triggered by stress and its your senior year of college, the whole shit storm that is the US, and raising a kid...it doesn't go away or get better. Its been a downhill fall for weeks at this point.

I continue to be dismayed by the number people who insist on building a 'community' while advocating for corporations, bits of plastic and their own complacency over the safety and livelihood of real people.

GenCon has always been a good reminder of the privileges in being able to regularly attend such conventions. But it's doubly so now when so many aren't safe traveling to the US. I'd love to see more publishers and communities finding ways to extend opportunities for networking and accessing info.
