Before I went to school for animation my earliest real ambition was to write novels (which is why WN has such a heavy writing element to it--it was prose, a long long time ago) and boy it is depressing to see every medium I've ever liked get smunched down like this!!

Jean Marc Ah-Sen, who has published several books with small and independent presses, feels that he and his peers are being crowded out of their own game. “I used to think that the frontier of literary culture was the indie presses,” he says. “But when a person who has done three books with Penguin gets pushed down, it makes less room for the people who were doing the independent stuff to begin with.”

Thank you for contributing to the over 10,000 public comments to the Office of Science and Technology Policy’s (OSTP) Request for Information that informed America's AI Action Plan. Since the Action Plan’s launch in July, OSTP has been working to implement over 100 policy actions identified across its three pillars: Accelerate AI Innovation, Build American AI infrastructure, and Lead in International AI Diplomacy and Security.

As specified in the AI Action Plan, OSTP has opened another call to industry, researchers, and the public to identify regulatory reforms that would promote AI innovation.

Given your contributions to the AI Action Plan RFI, we would welcome your response to the AI Regulatory Reform RFI, which will help us identify existing Federal statutes, regulations, agency rules, guidance, forms, and administrative processes that unnecessarily hinder the development, deployment, and adoption of AI technologies within the United States.

They establish her name is Francesca in the first five minutes or so, Guinevere calls her and Andi by their full names. So I noticed, but it doesn't matter if it's a one-off bit or has an actual reason. The behavior of people towards the creators is disgusting.
