About a year into owning this cute thing it stopps powering on 😥
I thought it would be the cheap wall wart PSU, but it gives 12V and doesn't drop when powering in the PC. Power button has 3.3V...
Anyone have any ideas on what could be dead? Nothing burnt/cracked. No high temp chips anywhere 🤔 BIOS?

Leaders are support, not rockstars, of their teams. They function as shields and as tractors to clear blockers and support their efforts under a collective vision. Take the blame but share the wins. Listening without action is worse than not listening, bc it makes people feel lied to.

I have a PVM-14L1 (sept 2004) that someone seemingly dropped, the entire body of the TV is ruined, but the tube *appears* to be in decent shape. I'm not really looking to run power through it and find out, but if anyone out there wants this tube, I will happily ship/hand it off to you

Due to canceled plans, I was able to put a few hours into my long running project: Dagashiya candy cab.
I initially miscalculated the tube height so I had to remove the supports and sand down the glue to move them lower.
Also successfully cut the tube mount to the proper size/angle. Took 10 cuts 😵💫
