Nothing has changed.
As of Dec 9 there’s been 73 school shootings in the US in 2025.

Hey… pssst. The reason why the 5 year social media histories are only being asked of ESTA applicants is because the US government has been collecting social media information of visa applicants for almost a decade now. Once again, migration rights were the canary in the coal mine.

Every so often I run into one of the sanctimonious "pet ownership is unethical" types, and 100% of the time it turns out they don't know how pets end up in shelters. They think it's a supply-and-demand situation where if people stop adopting then the cat factory will simply cease production. 🤦♀️

Friendly reminder that dishwashers made after 1995 or so are so water and energy efficient that even if you ran them twice fully loaded it would still use less water than handwashing the same load.
So many "green" things feel like sacrifices. Dishwashers are not one of them.
