Absolutely love the stylus Sir William Bruce holds in his hand here - chalk in one end and charcoal in the other? A wonderful insight to the methods of the past.

We urgently need Compulsory Rental Orders so no habitable home lies empty in order to keep rents high, espically new build apartment blocks

100% this. The housing crisis just benefits too many landlords to put an end to it. Borders counties, and Leitrim in particular is just abandoned home after abandoned home, just waiting to be fixed up and breathed life into.
