The archive is subscription based, but @emoryuniversity.bsky.social library has it so it appears to be getting around. Check public libraries is your univ doesn't have it. It’s an archive of elite US foreign policy thinking so of course it should be pared w/ other sources depending on one's focus.
Global Politics and US Foreign Policy: The Council on Foreign Relations, 1918–2000 provides discussion, debate, and context on every facet of twentieth-century US foreign affairs (‘Foreign Affairs’ being the title of the Council’s own publication), gathering experts from many fields including military leaders, diplomats, journalists, economists, industrialists, and more. 1/ ProPublica collected handwritten letters in mid-January from children held at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center, the same facility where 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos was taken.

Hundreds of kids are still detained.
