I have a coworker that does the same hand movement thing as Glasheen when they don’t really know what they’re talking about. I’m guessing it’s their brain trying to communicate their ineptitude while the person fights to keep from saying it verbally.

So the average shift left seems to be in the low to mid teens, which would be borderline wave conditions. If it moves a bit more, it’s gonna start knocking off some of the shakier gerrymanders and once that wall breaks…woof.
