The "promotional" meal honoring Hank Hill being one with no gimmicks whatsoever is a perfect joke.
Whataburger is doing a King of the Hill tie-in, but they're not even doing anything different they're just saying Hank would get a #2. Not even a Hank Hill Meal just "he would order what is already on the menu", which is true to be fair.
