I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a hand hobby, something that you love to do that you find fun and fulfilling that also requires use of your hands and attention so that you can’t multitask by doomscrolling at the same time

Definitely not me 😅 For when a friend tested by asking me for a torch and I handed my phone with flashlight on. Damn my love for death in paradise and marathon watching it. 😅

It’s such a small thing and never takes away from my enjoyment of a book, but authors outside the United States, please know that no American has ever called a flashlight a “torch.”
