School starts in weeks. My sister died suddenly July 22, leaving 7 kids — 5 need everything for school: clothes, shoes, supplies. Little boy next door lost his soccer ball in my yard. I haven’t “opened” the yard for the season yet, so not sure how long it was there. Yesterday I went back there to asses what all needs to be done to make the yard usable, found the ball, and knocked on their door to return it.
