Stop using AI for placeholder assets.
Use sketches. Use lorem ipsum. Use bright pink materials. Use programmer art for fucks sake, literally anything else.
If your studio is using AI even for temp, even if they think they've covered their tracks, SPEAK UP because people WILL FIND IT

Andor, not a movie, is the best overall Star Wars product and everybody knows it
haven’t seen ROS or Solo but this seems like a pretty ball-knowing list from Pritzker, particularly if he volunteered the name “Star Wars” rather than “A New Hope”

As a security intelligence professional I would not recommend doing this, it's a very bad idea.

And to say it's a very bad idea might just be the understatement of the year.

Marjorie Taylor Greene's resigning in time to get a pension is a lesson to everyone.

Most Americans don't get *any* pension anymore, but Congress gave itself a pension after only five years of work.

Our "representatives" aren't working for us, they are [barely] working for themselves.

Folks forget that the ACA *was* the compromise position. It was never full on heal reform so much as health insurance reform, but it was what the political reality of the time permitted.

That said, Medicare for all, and let the shareholders answer to God.

it's trans day of remembrance

every dead trans woman is a murder

if you're not one: find one to support, ideally with money

if you are one: I love you, hang in there

5 things I wish I had known at 20:

1) even if you love & trust them now, have a backup plan + emergency fund they can't touch

2) don't put everything in their name even if they have good reasons

3) boundary violations = red flag

4) emotional / verbal abuse is still abuse

5) control isn't love

I believe in ghosts, but:
- many ghosts and haunted places can be explained and aren’t actually ghosts
- holy fuck my uncle was good at accidentally purchasing haunted places
- most importantly, do ghosts believe in themselves?
do you believe in ghosts or are you like me, a person who finds themself saying all the time “I absolutely don’t believe in ghosts, but this place has ghosts.”

Please do not feed personal information to chatGPT. Please do not tell it where you work and live and how to get money from you.

They know that TurboTax is easier than doing it by hand and cheaper (mostly) than going to an accountant.

That accountant had to sign ethical standards. ChatGPT can’t.
TurboTax is about to be integrated into ChatGPT, where customers will be guided through tasks tied to their tax filings or financial profile by the AI chatbot.

TurboTax owner Intuit is also paying OpenAI more than $100 million a year to power AI agents.

Second Gilded Age
Riding the high of Trump's latest tax cuts, corporations are seeing record profits and will make over $1.1T in stock buybacks this year — an all-time high.

Meanwhile, layoffs have totaled 1.1M so far in 2025 — the highest level since the pandemic.

Anyway, HRC and Harris failed to win an election. Whatever you think of their politics, they are not inherent failures.

The very discourse of failure proves the truth of Michelle Obama's point. The United States is nowhere near ready for a woman to be President.
