In an old job the resentment + nastiness I got for WFH accommodation was INSANE. Meanwhile I was catching a new virus every time I went in office because my immune system was in shambles. Disabled people don't use the time they're not working for fun, they use it for staying alive 🫠
It's unfortunate that so many people have the perception that disabled people have it easier. It just breeds deep seated jealousy. They feel like we don't deserve basic necessities or even good things. And attack us viciously for wanting to get the support to live a full life.
