Cuban is asking a legit question. Most Americans have no idea of the variety of ways universal coverage works, often thinking it’s all single payer while actually that’s a very unusual model internationally. In fact, Canada’s approach is unlike Germany’s and that’s unlike Great Britain’s. 1/2
