Not a surprise. Doomscrolling on YT Shorts/bsky/Tumblr does significantly more harm to my attn span than playing Minecraft/Overwatch/Risk of Rain 2 ever has/could.
Also easier to stop gaming than scrolling, for me at least.
Like someone else commented, gaming requires attention, scrolling doesn't.

Please no. I guess at least if it comes down to Harris V Newsom that's a partial chance the Dem nominee won't want to axe trans rights, but I think Newsom would win that primary anyway.
