Dipshit does not understand we already have methods of ethically and legally sourcing art for films, it’s called paying creatives. The only reason ai exists at all is to bypass that part. It is inherently unethical as it is only financially “practical” if training data is taken via theft.

Something I found useful to stop self deprecating was to say the opposite of what I would normally. "Im such an idiot" becomes "Im an absolute GENIUS" etc. It started sarcastically at first but one day I realised I completely broke the habit after 30 years of putting myself down
