Anyway. I think of that today as I read the Covid Corruption Commissioner's report, a feeble piece of work whose sole revelation is unwritten: that the new Labour Government was exhausted by Cabinet Office - which set up and ran the VIP lane and so was keen for it not to be investigated properly.
