This is great, but personally I would recommend BECOMING a big lizard for an hour or so. Go lie on a big rock. Crawl around in some dirt. Claw at some grass. Consider surprising a large mammal with a big CHOMP. Eat something gross outside. Mental health achieved
i don't really ascribe to the "touch grass" theory of mental health but offer instead a similar "big lizard" model where a trip to the zoo to see a big iguana or gila monster from a few feet away really does wonders

The fact of the matter is there are no standards for anti-trans pseudoscience. You could write "TRN R BAD" in crayons next to a drawing of a frowny face where the eyes aren't even inside the circle, and get published in a scientific journal with WaPo editorials saying "this is an important landmark"
