Should go without saying, but if protections against torture are preventing your policies being implemented then it isn't the protections which are the issue.
There's no difference, for those affected, here from leaving the ECHR if rights are removed anyway.

This was taken at a pub in quite a posh town. They don't allow robins any more. The general feeling at the time was "Good. Now hopefully the tone of the place will be raised, along with the value of our houses." But now people complain the pub has been gentrified and miss its rough'n'ready charm.
Right now, all over Britain, drunk robins are dismantling the system and making up their own rules.
